The terms that apply when you order from HELIVANO.
The seller
This store is operated by JAREDS HOLISTIC HERBS AND CRYSTALS LLC, 90 ANGEL LYNN LN, TALLADEGA, AL 35160. HELIVANO is our trading name. You can reach us at [email protected].
Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when the order is recorded as dispatched in our order system, not when the order confirmation page appears. If an item is out of stock, priced in error or the address cannot be verified, we may decline the order and refund any charge.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is added at checkout based on the delivery address. Payment is collected by our payment provider. If a charge is declined, the order is not accepted.
Shipping and risk
Dispatch times, rates and delivery estimates are set out in our shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when the carrier marks the parcel delivered to the address you supplied.
Returns
Returns and refunds are governed by our refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Product descriptions
We describe fabric, fit and colour as accurately as we can. Screens vary, and measurements are approximate within normal garment tolerance. If an item is materially different from its description, return it under the refund policy.
Your account and content
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us. Do not use this site to submit false orders, interfere with its operation or copy its photography and text for commercial use. All images, text and the HELIVANO name remain our property.
Liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our reasonable control, nor for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Before any formal dispute, please write to us. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their own country of residence.
Changes
We may update these terms for future orders. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
